The accommodation at Trepart, set in the grounds of the manor house, has been created from part of the 400 year old outbuildings, presently includes two units, recently renovated to the highest of standards.

Our four-star  rated gite, L'Ecurie (which sleeps 6) has 3 bedrooms, 1 double with four-poster bed and ensuite shower room, 1 double and 1 twin room with a separate house bathroom. Le Chai gite (awaiting four-star classification) has 4 bedrooms comprising 2 double bedrooms each with four-poster bed and ensuite shower rooms, and two twin rooms with a separate house bathroom. Each is around 200 square metres, with fully fitted kitchens and large open plan living spaces. French doors lead onto a fenced raised terrace with direct access to the riverbank via steps. A suntrap southfacing terrace gives direct access to the fenced in 10 metre pool, sun bathing terrace and lawned garden with children's play equipment. The large parking area includes undercover parking for up to three cars. The character of exposed stonework and oak beams has been carefully integrated with extensive insulation, double-glazing, heating and hot water systems to make the accommodation comfortable for year-round living. Services included at no extra cost: Baby equipment. All bed and household linen, bathroom and pool towels. Maid service for 4 hours per week for two week rentals. End of holiday cleaning. All relevant taxes.
